Hi, I'm Erica.

I am a mom, book worm, and all around lover of good food and adventure. I'm passionate about good dessert and good therapy.
I approach working with each client, whether an individual, couple, or family, by exploring how they navigate their internal and external worlds . I foster a collaborative relationship with my clients and will encourage you in our work to find your own voice so that you can build a more peaceful future.

What to expect:
  • exploring your past relationships and experiences
  • learning to offer empathy to yourself and others
  • practicing new ways of relating to feelings
  • establish more helpful and flexible ways of thinking
You will be invited to offer respect and kindness to yourself and your story
