Meet Erica

Picture
Hi, I'm Erica.

I am a mom, book worm, and all around lover of good food and adventure. I'm passionate about good dessert and good therapy.
You will be invited to offer respect and kindness to yourself and your story
I approach working with each client, whether an individual, couple, or family, by first looking at their relationships, environment, and the world around them. I foster a collaborative relationship with my clients and will encourage you in our work to find your own voice so that you can build a more peaceful future.

What to expect:
  • exploring your past relationships and experiences
  • learning to offer empathy to yourself and others
  • establishing new ways of relating to feelings
  • practicing more helpful ways of thinking
